To register for your own cleaner account visit the “Join Us” page from the main menu. From here you can view the features and benefits of our premium subscription allowing you access to our pro dashboard and appointment management system.
Once you click on your chosen membership you will be asked to fill out some personal details. Where you see “Store Name” use the name of your cleaning business (if you do not have a cleaning business please use a public display name that is relevant to the services you offer e.g Car Wash Lanarkshire). Read through our “Terms & Conditions” then continue to the next step by selecting “Register”.
On the next screen you will be asked to confirm your membership selection and payment options. To confirm your selection and proceed to payment screen please select the option “Credit or Debit Card (Stripe)” and click the “Proceed” button to continue.
Complete your application by filling in your billing information. All payments are processed using Stripe Secure Payment Gateway. If there is a free trial period active you will not be billed until after your free trial period has ended, you will receive a notification of membership renewal before expiration. Your free trial details will be displayed on the bottom-right side of this screen under the “Start Trial” button, detailing when your first full membership payment will be charged.
After completing the registration process your application will be reviewed by a member of the RateMyCleaner team, at this point, we may email or call you to confirm any details about the validity of your cleaning business. Upon confirmation of your cleaner account, you will receive an email with next steps on how to set up your public cleaner profile and adding your cleaning services.
Once validated you will be offered 2 method in which to set up your cleaner profile, we have 2 options: one for technically minded individuals and another for cleaners who are not confident in setting up their own services & availability. RateMyCleaner is here to help you at every stage of the sign up process.
Please allow up to 5-7 days for us to validate your credentials. Customers who use RateMyCleaner benefit from knowing all our members have been vetted, have adequate insurance cover and have the right to work in the UK.
We have 3 requirements which will be verified:
– Proof of your right to work in the UK.
– Your public liability insurance.
– A basic disclosure (also known as a PVG).
You can email these details to email@example.com at any time to help speed up the approval and vetting process. After your details have been verified you will receive a notification email/SMS with your next steps.
